Inventory/ Logistics

Sandra has been part of the FARSB team for over 5 years.  While her primary responsibilities include payroll and accounts receivable, she's always willing to lend a helping hand or offer some good, sound advice to her fellow team members. Outside of crunching numbers and being the team's "advice guru", Sandra loves to collect anything "Coca-Cola" and loves spending time with family.

Logistics Specialist

Danisha plays an integral role in fighting hunger at the food bank.  She may be the first person who greets you at the door or the first voice you hear on the phone, but in addition to that, Danisha is instrumental in scheduling, organizing, and reporting for our programs, all while interacting and keeping our partner charities happy. One of Danisha's favorite things to do is spend time with her girls at the "happiest place on earth"...Disneyland!

Paola joins FARSB with a bubbly personality and an excitement to help those in need. Serving at the warehouse front desk, Paola is typically the first face our partner charities see when they stop by. Beyond her food bank duties, Paola aspires to become a Registered Nurse. Some may be surprised to know that Paola is the ultimate girly girl. She loves the color pink, makeup, shopping, and Disneyland! Her favorite quote is, "God is within her, she will not fall."

Ralph, also known as Ralphie, works alongside Sam at the dock. He likes to help our neighbors in need by giving it 110% each and every day. To keep himself energized for the day, he listens to music-- particularly "Ice Cube." During his off-time, Ralph enjoys hiking the trails in Utah.

Cesar is active in and outside of the food bank. When he is not helping prepare much needed USDA food for distribution, he enjoys watching sports and spending time with his daughter and son. Cesar is a fan of dancing and music, though he admits he is not the best dancer. When asked what he likes the most about working at the food bank, he responded, "working at the food bank is fulfilling. Everyday brings an endless bounty of opportunity."

Sam is one of the most experienced members of our team with nearly 20 years at FARSB! From inventory to physical counts he keeps the loading zone in tip-top shape! Sam has an exceptional work ethic and truly values the importance of his work. On weekends, he enjoys comic books, movies, and audio books.

Anika Wallien

Anika, also known as Annie, is grateful to be a part of the FARSB food bank family. When she isn't driving her forklift in and out of the warehouse to fulfill partner charity orders, you can find Annie unwinding with a novel, running, or drawing.

During his time here, Tyrell has used his friendly and relaxed personality to befriend staff, visitors, and partner charities alike. He thinks FARSB is a special place where hunger ends and team building begins. Among his many talents, Tyrell enjoys cooking a variety of cultural cuisines. He also has an impressive 3-point shot on the basketball court.

Christopher Miranda

Chris is always on the move whether it be on his own two feet during a hike or on the rode with his Yamaha motorcycle. The world is just one big playground waiting to be explored. He's visited Japan and Spain and plans to go to Ireland or New Zealand on his next trip. He recognizes the important work he's able to carry out at the food bank and hopes to continue to help change people's lives for the better.
