FARSB's Final Million Meals Gala: A Night to Remember

For the 11th and final time, FARSB hosted their Million Meals Gala, aiming to raise enough funds to provide the Inland Empire with one million meals. The proceeds from this event will enable us to continue serving our community and providing food for those in need.

As FARSB shifts its focus to other fundraising events in the coming years, this marks the last gala for the food bank. Moving forward, they will concentrate on other events throughout the year.

Keynote Speaker: Kathryn Strickland – FANO

We were honored to have Kathryn Strickland, a cherished member of Feeding America National, as our keynote speaker for the evening. Kathryn, who oversees learning, member grants, and network fundraising services, works with sister food banks, like us, nationwide to expand their capacity to best serve their communities and individuals facing hunger. Her moving speech highlighted the nutritional choices and sacrifices made by those with limited resources. Thank you, Kathryn, for being a hunger hero with FARSB!

Wrap-Up

Thanks to the great turnout, we can now fund more meals for those in need within our community. Food is essential, and with more partners and donors, we can better alleviate food insecurity in the Inland Empire.
